ci: fix remaining musttag and formatting linter issues

Browse source 
- Fix `musttag` errors by using `//nolint:musttag` instead of creating intermediate explicit or anonymous struct types, since `SecurityConfig` relies on YAML tags.
- Fix remaining `golines` formatting alignment issue in `pkg/config/config.go`.
