feat: server-side Markdown rendering with goldmark v1.6.0

- Implement renderMarkdown() in http.go using goldmark
- Add goldmark extension: GFM, TaskList, Typographer
- Remove frontend regex-based markdown processing
- Update go.mod/go.sum with goldmark dependency
