ci: fix remaining linter issues

- Fix `musttag` error by explicitly naming the unmarshaling struct types rather than using inline anonymous variables.
- Fix `canonicalheader` error by capitalizing `X-Api-Key` correctly.
- Run `golines` to align configuration fields correctly.
