Optimize PicoClaw for Render Free Tier with OpenRouter as exclusive provider

- Updated Dockerfile to use golang:1.25.7 and multi-stage build as requested.
- Configured OpenRouter as the exclusive LLM provider.
- Removed all other providers (Zhipu, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, VLLM, Groq).
- Removed audio transcription logic and associated dependencies.
- Updated main gateway to load config.json automatically.
- Streamlined pkg/config, pkg/providers, and pkg/migrate.
- Cleaned up README.md and documentation from non-OpenRouter references.
- Added render.yaml for one-click deployment.
