style: fix formatting issues and remove unused constants
This commit addresses the GitHub Actions CI failures caused by the linters: - `golines`: Fixed line length wrapping issues in multiple files (`pkg/routing/router_test.go`, `pkg/providers/vertex/provider.go`, etc.) - `gci`: Reordered and grouped imports appropriately in modified files - `unused`: Removed `defaultRequestTimeout` and `defaultThreshold` constants which were no longer being used anywhere in the code.
