fix(web): resolve frontend build errors

- Changed ReactNode import to a type-only import in `control-item.tsx` to satisfy `verbatimModuleSyntax`.
- Replaced `lucide-react` icons (`Plus`, `Trash2`) with `@tabler/icons-react` equivalents (`IconPlus`, `IconTrash`) in `routing-section.tsx`.
