docs: update i18n README files with Qwen OAuth and missing sections

- Add Qwen OAuth documentation to all language README files
  - Provider table entry with QR code login info
  - Model configuration table entry
  - Configuration example with auth_method
- README.zh.md: Add load balancing, provider architecture, Zhipu examples
- README.ja.md: Add ClawdChat section, cron CLI commands, scheduled tasks
- README.pt-br.md, README.vi.md: Add Tavily and Cerebras to API comparison table
