fix(test): remove t.Parallel from auth store tests using t.Setenv

Tests that call t.Setenv cannot use t.Parallel (Go runtime restriction).
Remove t.Parallel from TestStoreRoundtrip, TestStoreFilePermissions,
TestStoreMultiProvider, TestDeleteCredential, and TestLoadStoreEmpty.
