fix: lint issues from upstream merge

- gofmt: fix struct field alignment in AgentDefaults, WeComAIBotConfig
- golines: break long lines in WeComAIBotConfig (move comments above fields)
- unused: add nolint:unused to model_resolution.go funcs (wired in PR4)
