Implement credential encryption with OS keychain integration

- Add ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption for credential storage
- Integrate with OS keychain (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Create secure storage with fallback mechanisms
- Update auth package to use encrypted storage
- Add comprehensive tests
