feat(packaging): add desktop entry for PicoClaw Launcher (#1062) ...

- Add .desktop file with Terminal=true, named "PicoClaw Launcher"
- Install to /usr/share/applications/ for app menu visibility
- Add 512x512 PNG icon to /usr/share/icons/hicolor/
