Refactor context ID generation to use UUID
- Replace the existing NanoID generation in generateContextID with UUID for improved uniqueness. - Update RequestID method to return the context ID directly instead of generating a new NanoID. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
