Max 323b322cf9 Fix sandbox message history not being saved 
- Send ChunkMessageStart before ChunkText in parseStream
- This initializes stream state (inGroup=true) required for Buffer.AddAssistantMessage
- Only send ChunkMessageEnd if message was started
